The home's automated skylight provides access to a rooftop deck for additional outdoor living space, utilizing the otherwise unusable 3rd-story. This captures 360-degree views sweeping from Kaena Point all the way to Waimea Bay and offers the perfect perch to check out the surf conditions in all directions
